Ana was born in Costa Rica and raised in South Florida and speaks fluent Spanish and English. The year 2013 was a busy one with her relocation to St. Augustine in April, the marriage to husband, Shane, in May and the completion of their new home.
Prior to her career in real estate, Ana held a management position with Panera Bread and later with Tijuana Flats. This experience has helped her develop a keen understanding of customer service and an appreciation of her client’s time.
After purchasing her first property in South Florida she decided to pursue a career in real estate. She strongly believes that buying a house is a journey that can’t be rushed. She is very patient with her buyers, gathering their likes and dislikes about homes they see and taking that information to get them closer to their ideal home. She will be there with you through the whole buying or selling experience.
Ana is a graduate of Transformation School of Staging and Redesign. She helps her customers present their homes in the best light for quick and easy sales. She comes into your home and gathers a game plan on either rearranging some furniture to make the rooms appear bigger or bring attention to focal point in the room.
Ana and her family—which includes Shane and as of October 18, 2016 their beautiful daughter Rachel, her mom, Cristina, and three dogs, Sasha, Bella and Raven, live in the MuraBella community. Her hobbies include gardening and dabbling in home design. It’s worth noting that she’s also a die-hard Baltimore Ravens fan.
