I Sell Real Estate--Call Me!

Charline Berg has been with Tarbell, Realtors since 1986.  Over the years she has been recognized repeatedly for her oustanding sales and listing achievements. These accomplishments have qualified her for the distinguished Platinum, Diamond and Pro-100 Sales Clubs with Tarbell.

As a professional dedicated to her clients and to the industry, Berg continues to increase her knowledge of real estate.  To date she has obtained some of the most distinguished designations available to a Realtor.  In addition to being a licensed real estate broker, she also holds the designations of Graduate, Realtor Institute of California and Certified Residential Specialist--a designation by the Residential Sales Council of the Realtor National Marketing Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.  She also has her certification as a designated e-Pro agent.

Berg offers experience, professionalism, honesty and hard work in representing her clients.  She oversees the transaction from beginning to end, attending to every detail.  She often states: "The harder you work, the luckier you get."  Her track record shows that to be true.

Berg and her family have been residents of Yorba Linda for more than 30 years.  She is a fourth-generation Californian.  Her great-grandfather was a developer/contractor in Santa Ana in the late 1800's selling real estate with a handshake.

Before entering real estate, she spent over 16 years managing local offices for elected representatives at the state senate and congressional levels.  She also worked in a government relations/corporate affairs capacity for a large corporation.

Berg also served as president of the Santa Ana College Foundation.  She is an active member of the Yorba Linda Chamber of Commerce.

One of her favorite past times is quilting.  Many of her quilts have been displayed in shows and one won a first prize at the Orange County Fair.
