"Giving back to our communities is intrinsic to the corporate culture at Guarantee. That is why we contribute to scores of organizations that improve housing, commerce, education, health and quality of life in the Central San Joaquin Valley. We believe it is not only important to support charitable and civic organizations with dollars, but also with our time. That's why members of the Guarantee staff volunteer our time and talent to help others."

Paul Gibson is a Director and Broker Associate at Guarantee.  From 2013 through 2015, Gibson served as Co-Chairman of Guarantee Real Estate after the January 2013 acquisition of the company by HomeServices of America, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate.  Prior to that he was Owner/Broker of Guarantee Real Estate and Home Loans for 22 years.  A native of Los Angeles, California, Gibson earned a BA from Stanford University and an MBA from UCLA before moving to Fresno.  Gibson’s previous careers an teacher, coach, school principal, and commercial banker motivate his ongoing interest in education and economics.

Guarantee was originally founded in 1919 by a group of investors which included his wife’s grandfather.  For over 95 years the companies have helped residents of the greater Fresno area realize the dream of home ownership.  Gibson takes pride that Guarantee is deeply rooted in the community, has proven market strength, experienced leadership and contagious professionalism.

In the Fresno community, Gibson has served on the boards of the Fresno Metropolitan Museum, and the North Fresno Rotary Club.  Gibson is currently the President-elect of his Rotary Club. In 2013 California's Governor, Jerry Brown, appointed Gibson to a 4 year term on the Board of the San Joaquin River Conservancy.  In addition, he is an enthusiastic supporter of the Guarantee Goodwill Network.

Gibson is married to Joan Eaton and together they have 3 daughters.
